^Well, I think Harry did love Ginny but yeah, he could’ve done that. He never thought of himself as a ladies man or even the Chosen One. And chances are he would’ve settled for Ginny even if he didn’t love her because it would make him part of the Weasley family (subconsciously, of course). Nevertheless I do believe he did love her and Ginny (from the books) wouldn’t had been with him if she didn’t feel he did have genuine feelings for her.
